Magda

Director of Strategic Architecture & Tax Governance

Magda brings extensive corporate experience in global tax compliance, technology implementations, and data systems to New Diversity ASBL. As Director of Strategic Architecture & Tax Governance, she builds and manages the foundation’s operational backbone—navigating complex European funding frameworks, setting up robust data-tracking systems, and ensuring total financial transparency. By building this secure administrative umbrella, Magda allows our coaches and experts to focus on what they do best: empowering the neurodivergent community.

Founder and treasurer, Lydia, being a local in Luxembourg, helps the organisation with the treasury and networking to grow the organization with her plethora of contacts.

Creative Director

Being a creative all her life, in New Diversity she focuses on building brand identity, campaigns, and digital tools that put community at the forefront. She prefers a hands-on approach to making creative ideas come to life.

Event Coordinator & Community Outreach

Iza coordinates events and strengthens community engagement at New Diversity. She organizes inclusive activities, builds partnerships, and fosters meaningful connections that bring people together and support the organization's mission of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
